Very good

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was also very good with alot variety.

The gym could use 1 or 2 more machines. Also just make it a 24h gym since there is no staff around and you have to use your keycard to access it.

Location

This is not a 5 star hotel,to be clear.The room and the bathroom are bigger,but nothing else.On the contrary,there is no carpet in the room, the styling is obsolete,the minibar is empty,not even a pencil or a piece of paper in the room.The pool on the 32 floor was untidy and looked like the '80 . Moreover,half of the people that were waiting for the elevator,were men( different nationalities)accompanied by filipino girls.

Dont stay in this hotel!

I liked this hotel one year ago, but now absolutely not, cause this time I had bad experience.

Good value for money. Location was okay, although some parts of the neighbourhood did not feel safe (indicated by lots of police presence). Rooftop is quite nice.

Staff was pretty uncapable of handling customers. After being told to wait for 1h because our room was not yet ready I asked for a voucher to drink something on the rooftop. I was given a voucher for two coffees, however my partner and I do not drink coffee so I asked for a juice at the rooftop. The server asked the manager whether that was possible. He told me it was not. After I got pretty angry and discussing 10minutes he called his boss and finally my request was approved. A bit weird how the situation was handled in my opinion.

A good choice

Very clean and have a lot of facilities. Very beautiful rooftop view above the city. The staff was very nice and kind! Truly recommend their services and this location!

Nice hotel in a good location at good value

The fact that they did not have the BBC on the TV even though the TV channels card shows the BBC. They should at least update the card. I am currently at a provisional hotel in dipolog and even the have the bbc
