Nice lobby, security at the door.

The window looked out at a brick wall and housekeeping only came once during our four night stay. The luggage storage areas in the room were too small for suitcases.

The hotel has a really interesting concept, which we found really nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom in the room offered little privacy between the two of us, which for us was OK, but some people mind that a lot.

I would rate the value above a smiley face with open mouth (it's the highest you're able to rate on booking). Just impressively affordable in the middle of San Fran with great amenities, great staff, and a good atmosphere to hang out and/or work in the lobby.

Cool and comfortable!

The hotel has a really cool vibe, room is small but really well distributed and comfortable, everything is clean and well kept. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Location is good since its close to Bart stations and multiple points of interest. We really enjoyed our stay
