Modern, all digital. Whole room (lights, TV, curtains, blinds) run from an iPad in the room or app in your phone.

The location is amazing, right in city centre, walking distance from all the sights. The room was small but clean and the view fabulous. The breakfast was super, nice selection but the best thing was the staff, they were super friendly!

Old harbor hotel

Location, price, parking, effeciency, beds are comfortable, shower is good. It is right next to metro and walkig distance to food market.

There wasn't much I didn't like. The rooms arent that big, but that is compensated with the effective layout.

The staff and the location were great. They also have an option to store a suitcase for a couple of hours, which was nice.

The room was small and not really comfortable. The toilet and shower are in the same space just separated by a curtain - the toilet area was always flooded therefore. The sink is too small and very uncomfortable, which was in the room (not in the "bathroom"); and when one is using it, it's not very pleasant for the second person in your room to hear you cleaning your teeth and washing your face and nose. very annoying. Plus, windows do not open so you cant naturally ventilate the room

Amazing stay, great location!

Had a great stay in this hotel. Location was amazing, friendly staff, room had a wonderful view, bed was huge and really comfortable and the iPad controls for the lighting, blinds and tv streaming was fab. Couldnt fault it and would definitely stay again!

Modern hotel with very friendly staf in the very centre of Rotterdam

Super friendly staff, stylish, modern and arty hotel, central location, amazing breakfast.

Hard to reach a human for any requests before arrival. I got a reply from a bot and the chat option on the website did not work either (only automatic replies from bots).

Not recommend! Nobody helpt me for information about parking After my terrible stay ive asked them 10 tomes to send me a invoice for my adminestration no answer! Ive neve had so bad experience in my business stay Ive parked my car 40 minutes away property because of not professional staff and now for my invoce nobody react!!!!!!!

A bit too technological?

The staff is really friendly and willing to help, the location of the hotel is great. There's luggage storage also free of charge. Room's ipad system worked well

The design of the room is a bit weird. The bathroom walls are translucent glass and there's no sound insulation. No fridge in the room. Communication wasn't really possible before arriving due to channels set up just with chatbot. Not really an option to communicate with a person until at the property
