Friendly and helpful personnel. Location close to gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Narrow room, getting easily dusty. Sink not in the bathroom, thereby the room was getting easily wet on the floor.

we had a problem with the tv stopping alone from time to time unfortunately the commodities to ease the life where not exiting such as comb. hair brush, hair dryer etc. even with the fridge it was no glass, small water bottle in the fridge

Very easy to get to Disney. 5 min walk to train. Nice views of the city. Friendly staff

the staff was super nice and helpful, the room was very comfortable, everything is super new and modern. they have a very convenient working space. the main downside is the food at the restaurant which is not good at all but for the rest its good.
