Good location. Comfortable bed.

Excellent location (everything is nearby), comfortable bed and excellent food options walking distance from the property. Area just outside the hotel is a bit dodgy with homeless people, we did not feel super safe walking back in the eve. Breakfast is good, although Id explore as there are awesome options within 500m of the hotel.

Staff not clear yet n whats chargeable and whats not.

view from room was amazing loby bar very cosy and comfy for relax...

breakfest very poor, you have for choice one type of cheese as well salami,not any ham or vegetables for breakfest,if you come late about 10:00am everything is empty you need ask for everything very annoying.... as a 4-star hotel for that price, they could improve quality of the breakfast... If you spend new year at hotel they not cleaning room 31.12 and 1.1. ....

Nice modern pod-style hotel in Bowery NYC

Lovely stylish newer facility near Bowery. It's a pod hotel while very comfortable, it is simple and a great place to sleep while seeing NYC. Great coffee in the lower level caf.

Overpriced for the size of the room. Slightly dodgy location if travelling alone.

Good value for money.

Easy to check-in and we liked the atmosphere. The rooftop bar was a real treat and had fantastic views.

Room was a bit too small and the sink being outside of the toilet cubicle.

Great.

Well designed both functionally and aesthetically. A small room, well and intelligently equipped, with a very big and comfortable bed, and a good view. All public spaces fun and pleasing.

Got a bad bathroom. Otherwise would recommend!

Great design and surprisingly good breakfast!

I had a handicapped room with a broken shower (couldnt get the handle to stay on hot) that smelled of mildew. Our other rooms were great.

Superb

Loved the modern take on a hotel and the facilities

It was really annoying that the iPad app incorrectly told me that the rooftop bar was closed so I only managed to visit in the last few days of my stay.
