A comfortable hotel in a good location for visiting the city

The location was perfect for us .. accessible to walk to the tourist attractions and close to very good restaurants. The staff were really helpful and gave us advice and booked us a day trip.

Lovely hotel with great staff

This hotel is in a great location. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and pool. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Booked us 2 tours which we thoroughly enjoyed. Very comfortable beds and quite quiet except for Friday evening when the outside noise was a bit much. Didn't deter from the overall stay.

Excellent stay made great service staff and housekeeping

The entire staff team from reception, security, to housekeeping was excellent! Everyone was so friendly and warm, which made our experience great. Many of the staff remembers you and try and provide a personal touch as well. Special appreciation to Quhun who gave us great service and recommendations. The housekeeping was great as well and kept our room clean and comfy.

The only minor downside is that the hotel phone was down during our trip, which made it slightly harder to connect with reception. However, the service makes up for this minor inconvenience :)

Not able to use the telephone to call receptionist. Did not bother asking for help due to language barrier.

The room, pool & staff were very nice! We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The breakfast could have been a little bit more extended. Different types of eggs and fresh cheese would be nice.

Convenient!

The location is almost 10 min walk from Notre Dame Cathedral, so its not that far from the center. The staff are friendly and the food is good and selection is just OK.

The entrance is a bit obscure so dont expect to stop right into the lobby. Some cab will bring you inside, some dont. Not a big issue but just so you know.
