Wonderful place to spend time. Beds are so comfortable. Staff at reception very helpful

Meals at restaurant were good except took ages to be served and dishes were often forgotten.

Beautiful pool. Good location. 15 minute drive to Hoi An and 30 minute drive to Da Nang. Nice room. Good lighting (lamps). We could watch movies on the tv. Nice modern bathroom.

It felt bit empty, still under construction. It was a really long walk from reception to our room and from our room to the pool. The resort is almost too spread out. We picked a superior ocean view room. But the view was not that great

+ nice standard summer hotel but no really 4 stars worth it (see below) + nice beach side + good location to the beach

- sauna can not be used somehow they only allowed me to use steam bath for 20 miinutes - Shuttle Service always overbooked; please - check-out was a desaster- they somehow thougt I would have taken the stupid laundry Bag? Bit of discussion - Check out payment all done day before and they could not find it ... - Staff was not always able to understand english- please take some classes!

A lovely hotel, clean and modern in a quiet area of Hoi An

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was very comfortable the hotel is lovely and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The concierge staff are lovely and cant do enough to help. Breakfast was good - with a really wide variety of foods

The hotel is huge but seems to have been struck with the effects of the pandemic. There are a lot of empty units in the hotel and it does have a ghost town feeling to it. There is a cinema attached to the hotel but we didnt visit it. You need to use a taxi to go anywhere but the hotel does put on a free shuttle bus to go into Hoi An which is a bonus

The idea of the hotel setup was good with idea of malls & restaurant & cinema surrounding it but not successful, the breakfast is moderate, varieties ok.

Staffs - not helpful when asked for help (night shift ones) Honesty - was charged 2 laundry bags when we took one only & also claim that we took their slippers but we did not and end up they say slipper ok Cleanliness - not up to standard, should be lack of staffs

Staff we friendly and attentive. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Very nice pool area with towel service and has direct access to beach. Excellent choices at breakfast buffet, food was fresh and delicious

No sun loungers on beach and the beach itself wasnt kept very clean. Some more activities for hotel guests in daytime or entertainment in evenings
