The location was quite excellent. The size and cleanliness of the room was better than expected.

1. The cafe is not up to the expected level. 2. The mart to have more variety, like the seven eleven style.

Nice and slay

For the clean freak person, this place is very clean and spacious, everything is nice and tidy. The staff so kind and helpful they even help me to keep my luggages for a while. The facility there so comprehensive and adequate, there is minimart down the apartment, and atm machine across the street and right in front of the building theres a bus stop. But unfortunately for you who like to travel using MRT, theres no near station. But so far everything is perfect, i like to come back here next time

Modern and comfortable aparthotel.

Comfortable aparthotel with excellent facilities for usage. There is a convenient minimart and retail shops in the building, with parking spaces also (chargeable per hour). Bedrooms was very comfortable and lots of food choices in the vicinity. Swimming pool was nice and lounge was great for a comfortable relaxing day. Excellent for a home stay away from home.

The location is far from the city centre and airport but this is of no issue here, plenty of transport options with buses and trains and with transport applications.

Stay away!!

If youre looking for good hotels, that is well located, but also with a friendly and courteous staff, look elsewhere. The staff cant spell hospitality if it was dancing in front of them. Stay away, there are plenty of better options on the island.

Rude, unhelpful, and completely inhospitable staff. Wonder what theyre doing in the hospitality business.

1.They mentioned check in at 3pm , however I just requested 1hr earliest for 1 room as I booked 2 rooms. I have to wait in the lobby and keep asking, i am very sure they have rooms available but they don't want to give before 3pm, i am not expecting any change in policy but they can be flexible for an 1hr, as anyway after 4 days i checked out at 7am , we should be considering customer experience and mood of international travellers. 2.Not sure why they cant keep Water dispenser at every floor or provide water bottle , we have to go every time to lobby to fill our bottles,very basic need of the travelers
