Guests had a great stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala. The hotel was budget-friendly with a wonderful hospitality and delicious food. The spread of the buffet was amazing, and the hotel interior was beaut (Read More)iful, resembling a ship. The pool was big and beautiful, and the rooms were spacious with a pretty view of the sea. The hotel had easy beach access and was 100% clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommended.

Good property, let down by poor customer service

Great location, and good facilities. Good food also on offer.

Poor customer service, especially the front desk and the restaurant wait staff. Very slow service even in a restaurant that only had three tables. And absolutely farcical at check out where they printed four separate checkout invoices and tried to bill me for the prepaid room. All other interactions with them were also terrible.

Beautiful property in an beautiful beach location.

Property was beautiful itself and location with access to the beach was great. Staff were exemplary. Everyone went out if there way too assist us with every inquiry and request. Highly recommend Cinnamon Bey Beruwala and what live yo visit again.

The only thing I would fault was meal option was limited to buffet for breakfast and dinner. Buffet options were great and very tasty. But it would of been nice to have another option for one or two dinners.

Superb

Very good staff. Hotel location is wonderful. One problem with Beruwala is which is not related to Hotel. Not Pick up or uber works there as the locals has restricted entry of private cabs within travel. Thus you will have to overpay for travelling within the city.

It was a very good stay

Amazing view We have been upgraded to deluxe room which was very nice and it had huge space and a large bed which was great Friendly housekeeping Varieties in food (buffet) was the plus point

Parking the vehicle was the issue. I had to park the vehicle outside the hotel ( hotel car park) since the parking was full.

Disappointing

not the perfect staycation and not value for your money.

great location

amenities were poor since it was a junior suite and for 3 adults. cleanliness is not perfect in the room. staff were coming into the room many times since checking in to check on maintenance and other work which couldve done prior to customer have checked which shows no proper communication between staff. the al-carte menu only has few options and the gym is really bad with few equipments and some doesnt even work.

This location was an ideal place to visit with family & friends too. We have enjoyed with both the pool & the beach. Rooms are big & comfortable too. Very friendly & helpful staff. Highly recommended.
