Very good

Location was really the best one could hope for! We had the king suite; it was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our little family. It's an old hotel but very charming.

The dishwasher in our room was out of order and that was unexpected. Wouldn't have been a huge deal if we didn't have two little kids and bottles / sippy cups to handwash.

Great hotel, great location!

Great hotel and great location! We stayed for one night and absolutely loved it! The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and loved that they had kitchens in the rooms.We will definitely book here the next time we visit Charleston!

We chose this hotel due to location and special price. It was ok but, we will not return.

Location was great! TVs were easy to work and the bed was nice.

They were still dealing with clean up and repair from the flood. The bathroom needed repairs and the furniture needed a good cleaning. Someone had spilled something all over the dresser in the bedroom and it was sticky and layered with dust down the front from lack of attention for months. The bathroom toilet seat was super loose and the bathroom faucet was also super loose. The toilet didnt seam secure to the floor- possible water damage. Thick caulk everywhere in the shower and bathtub mat was torn up and no longer sticking to the tub. We didnt use the kitchen but, it looked nice. The room # was 220. We were about to walk out the door at 11:00 and the head housekeeping lady was standing on her head wanting us to hurry up. No coffee downstairs they said- due to painting and dust? It would have been helpful for the staff at the desk to instruct us as to how to use the parking pass. A helpful garage employee showed me how to use the pass.

Superb

Clean, central to all of Charleston downtown - coffee in the morning! We were able to leave bags after checkout before return to the airport. Kitchenette and townhouse set up perfect for multiple generations staying in the same space.

Great walking location to all that we needed to see. Front desk staff very nice!

Location, location, location!!! Like the room set up with the bedrooms on a second floor.

Our room 230 needed some furniture refurbishing. The coffee table, one seriously cracked lamp, and drawers in the living area all needed some replacement. Especially the coffee table.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and wonderful and as well as the location excellent for me. Near the marketplace and plenty of places to walk to.

This place was in renovation mode and different items in my room were literally falling down or falling off. Also, the bathroom tub had mold it wasn't like the bathroom was dirty it was around the bathtub mold that could not be cleaned out that is one reason why I believe this room was not renovated yet... This room if it was and I hope it was slated to be renovated as the rest of the hotel was in that mode and they were using the room it should have been a big discount.
