Superb

We had a great stay in Milan and the hotel and staff certainly added to this great experience.

The room was rather small, but the bath-room was excellent. Staff were all superb and extremely helpful. The hotel itself was exquisite, both interior, exteriour and historically (not to mention geographically very close to the city center). We enjoyed it very much.

Very friendly staff. Great service. Nice location. They put a bottle of champagne and a traditional Italian cake in the room as a present. Nicely packed waiting for us. Very nice jesture.

Happy to be in Milan but this hotel would not be my choice in the future .

it is in a very good location close to main shopping areas and historical sites such as Duomo Cathedral.

whilst it is in a good position with close proximity to shops it is very noisy and you hear tram car even late at night and early hours of the morning which is quite annoying .In addition ,according to my experience ,this is a 4 star hotel and not a real five star and rooms are quite small and cramped .The building is nice historical building and staff are friendly but I do not think it is a good deal considering they charge 500 euro plus for the rooms.

A magical Christmas stay

Staff professional and friendly specially the staff at the front desk, a big thank you to Veronica who was more than happy to change our room. Christmas decoration was splendid . Cozy atmosphere . Breakfast was delicious and served in rooms with beautiful antiques decoration .

Amaizing experience like in fairy tale and staff so lovely! Highly recommend!

Staff was so welcoming and decor was fairy tale like. Fantastic breakfast - one of the best we have experienced on our travels (even real honey comb!) Comfortable rooms and bed, gorgeous on suite. Highly recommend!

We asked for an ironing board and an iron - and iron was cracked. Iron still working, so we are being very picky. Everything else was great!
