Highly Recommend!

Fantastic location 4 min walk from the train station. Very comfortable apartment & well equipped kitchen.

Only one lift worked whilst we were there & apartment on 6th floor.

City Center Gem

Location, Location, Location! This hotel is simply stunning and it was a real pleasure to stay here. The staff were extremely courteous and professional and made us feel very welcome. Tha apartments are wonderful. My suitcase got lost for a few days at the airport so having an in suite washing machine was invaluable. The adjoining Hawksmoor restaurant and Lady Libertine cocktail bar were both pretty fabulous. We had a great stay and would definitely return and recommend.

Superb

Calm stay and clean room!

We loved the flexibility of schedules, the shower, the practicality of not needing a room key. Great locking system and of course the classic beauty of the hotel and the location.

The bed could be firmer and the breakfast was extremely delayed. We realized that the staff hadn't even sent the coffee order after a long time. We saw them sending the order after doing something not so urgent. Unfortunately we couldnt wait it and was needed to cancel it.

Charmant cheval

The location was perfect and the breakfast was tremendous. The Chevals surroundings were beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing. The staff at the reception were very warm, friendly and welcoming particularly Christine.

I felt the mattress was uncomfortable for me. The lighting in the hallway was very dark, considering you have to use the keypad on the wall to key in your PIN number to gain entry to your room.

Great hotel, but a few hiccups

Location outstanding. Hawksmoor restaurant in the facility was great. Staff courteous and helpful at all times. Room spotless.

The bed was super hard - really uncomfortable. Shoulders and back in a bit of pain after three days! No plug next to any mirror, which makes hair drying awkward. Breakfast in The Register Club was decidedly average

Disappointing

I stood on a pice of glass which among other shards were on the bathroom floor. I reported this to reception and was told the manager would ring me to discuss. This has failed to happen.
