Luxury oasis on the Mile.

The service was exceptional. The room was lovely with thoughtful extras. The location is excellent.

The layout was a bit confusing. I also wish there was a room that was more appropriately sized and priced for a single person.

The property had two bathrooms which was a massive game changer. Plenty of space and very comfortable

The TV connection didnt work in either of the rooms and it wasnt fixed during our stay.

Absolutely satisfied with them, excellent stay!

Room was beautiful and big! the staff was excellent they helped us book our trip to Loch Lomond. They were super friendly and always ready to help! The rooms and the staff are extremely clean and overall they exceeded our expectations! We were extremly happy with them and will recommend them over any other place

Outstanding, perfect and beyond any expectations!

Everything about this hotel was just exceptional! the reception was modern, warm and welcoming. Our rooms werent ready as we arrived super early but they were happy to watch our bags without any question or issue. We returned around 6pm and bags were in our magnificent room which we were shown to by a lovely member of staff - fabulous touch! Room itself was just outstanding, it had everything you could ever need and the huge windows just made it feel magical. Restaurant/Bar attached to hotel had a fabulous singer keeping us entertained while sipping on our elegant cocktails. The next day hotel kindly again watched our bags to allow us to wander around Edinburgh before our train. This is the 1st time we have stayed at this side of Edinburgh (we visit several times throughout the year) and the location was perfect. I can honestly say it will hopefully be the only hotel we visit now.
