Superb

Comfortable, peaceful stay

- Great location. Isolated, surrounded by a plantation, on a hill, away from the city noise. - Very cool decor. Earthy colours, designs. Comfortable, spacious rooms also. - Warm, friendly, on site managers.

- wish their restaurant had been functional! The property is up a hill, with a pretty steep and isolated approach road. Not easy to step out for a bite. - the rooms on the ground floor open up to the gate and the parking. Lack of privacy can be an issue.

A little remote but beautiful homestay.

Little bit remote from Kalpetta, but they arrange a driver and you can go to various places, staff is happy to help with that. They let us use the washing machine without any cost which was really nice. Vineesh took us to an amazing sunset place just a 5 minute walk through the plantation. Rooms are well designed.

Dont serve lunch or dinner, but they can order for you from 2 different restaurants. Bathroom was ok, not as nice as the rest of the room/property.

Excellent Stay!

It was Excellent experience. I liked the view the most. Superb location and room also was spacious,Clean and beautiful. Staffs are also very good. Morning was chilled with amazing mountain view and coffee plantation.

No food option and have to order from outside. Should have kept at least Breakfast option.

Everything was great. The location, rooms, food , property and mainly the hospitality. Vineesh and Shibu were so so good to us and helped us everywhere and made our stay so very comfortable. They made food whatever we liked and wanted, helped us in sightseeing and etc. the best stay I ever had till now. Thank you vineesh for all your help.
