Favorite hotel in Rome! I stayed here for the second time. The rooms are new and clean, and the staff is friendly. Loved the terrace with all-day coffee and cookies. Highly recommend!

Just like their hotel name, it is truly charming. From their hotel rooms, facilities and superb breakfast selection, their staff are warm, friendly, helpful. The location is conveniently near every tourist attraction and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Booking.com for the Genius treats! I was so surprised to find it on our room. It was lovely.

Great choice for a short stay in Rome

Excellent central location to visit Rome, and only two blocks from the subway (best way to reach the Vatican). Comfy beds, and super clean. Free snacks were a kind detail that came handy when we left the room very early. Staff was kind and willing to help, they kept our luggage after check out so we were able to enjoy the last day walking around without the burden of the luggage. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay!

The staff are very nice, welcoming, and very helpful. The terrace is beautiful and the coffee, tea, and pastries are available 24/7. The location is great and in the heart of the city center. The level of cleanliness and great condition and comfort of the bed and furniture.

There is nothing I didnt like about the property it self. The only thing I would mention is that the restaurants around the area were overpriced and the quality of food doesnt meet the paid price.

Great experience in a great location.

Location was great. The room was spacious, with no external noices. We get an upgrade and they expecting us in the room two aperols for a great welcome.

We cannot manage to open the aircondition (although we didn't need to use it) There was a tiny problem with toilet cistern that you would have to press several times for it to work.
