Wonderful XMAS experience.

Ate lunch at the Thoroughbreds Club. I highly recommend the Lobster mac and cheese and their spicy white russian. Sooo good.

Coffee maker in the bedroom was that fancy Espresso. Not my type of coffee.

Fabulous Hospitality and Southern Charm

Knowledgeable staff of breakfast choices. The food was Excellent. We had a custom Omlette. Facility & Staff were incredible.

We stayed for 5 nights and it just wasn't long enough.

So clean and comfortable bed was amazing in the perfect location to walk everywhere.

Skip their thoroughbred bar didnt stand up to the rest of the hotel especially in terms of service

Expectations Exceeded...

From the second we arrived, we were personally greeted, escorted to check in, and provided exceptional treatment throughout. The room was very nice, and the robe, slippers, and umbrella were nice touches. The easy access to the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room (men's), and fitness center were particularly nice. Our massage with the team at the spa was exceptional - book early! The Christmas decorations and general activity in the lobby were fun and energizing.

Memorable stay in a special boutique hotel

Location, Christmas decorations, restaurant, pool. Room was lovely and included Nespresso machine, robe, slippers and LOccitane bath products.

The fact that we booked a room with a king bed (2 months in advance) and then when we checked in, we were told that there were no more king beds available at our rate. That gives me pause for using booking.com in the future.

Nice hotel in great location but note specific bathroom short comings noted (and in bathroom toiletries provided totally

Location and variety of restaurants. Staff very helpful.

(1) large tiled shower has no grab bars and no bath mat meaning floor very slippery. Dangerous for older people. (2) toilet too low for taller people and no grab bars either. (3) restaurant food quality on the whole ranges from good to marginal and overpriced.
