- Good location - Nice water sunbeds

If you come to Phi Phi to relax on the beach using hotel infraestructure forget this hotel or you be disappointed

Nice cats around

Too basic rooms; window very close to other rooms, shower water very salty, air con does not cooling properly, swimming pool very standard very far away to be called resort. Breakfast not included and not clear on the reservation; the beach in front is empty as is not appropriated for bath

Avoid this hotel; for this price you have much better option in the island

Location: the beach in front is not suitable for swimming, lot os boats, water not totally clean Rooms: you open the curtain you see the other rooms very close. Rooms very basic, not enough space to accommodate your things, we left in the luggage on the floor. Shower was broken; safe box did not work; air con very bad. Split our family, so my children stayed away from us Breakfast: does not look very safe as egg station keep the liquid egg not refrigerated under extremely hot environment; very risky of contamination. Staff: approach us all the time asking if we are going to pay the breakfast; bad surprise as it was not included

It is what it is on Phi Phi

The pool was fine, and the check in and check out process was very quick, and staff brought our bags to our room. The location is very central and a quick walk from the pier in a straight road. The hotel is on par with every other hotel price wise, and cleanliness wise. Drain smell issues cannot be helped on phi phi as a whole, its not just central to the hotel. We just made sure to plug in our bathroom sink at all times until we needed it, and kept the bathroom door shut always as well, the room never smelt.

Its a bit cheeky that you sign your knowledge of being charged for any type of stain on towel/bedding, but the towels and bedding we received were covered in stains also dont love the 500bht or passport hold placed on your room key. Why not just charge people IF it gets lost? The beds are absolutely rock solid, however again, seems like a phi phi central issue. For housekeeping, genuinely unsure what they do other than make your bed and replace towels.

The location and pool are great. The rooms are big and the breakfast is perfectly adequate and in a stunning beach front location.

The air con units are really loud. We had 2 rooms (1 for us and one for the kids). All air con units sound like a combo between a rain storm and a small aircraft. That makes for a really poor night sleep. No hot water before 7am, and showers are impossible to use when there is heat (cycles between scolding and like warm without touching the controls). Additionally you constantly feel like you are untrustworthy. You have to leave 500 baht deposit per room key (for a crap plastic card!) and you are presented with a list of items and prices should you damage any of them. The bed frame, mattress, bathroom door and cupboard are on there! What do they think we are going to do? Management: if youre reading this, please treat your guests with a little more respect, and in turn they will respect you more!

Pleasant seafront hotel

- Gentle staff (bonus: wearing beautiful Tha outfit during the full moon) - Responsive staff (we had an issue with the air conditioning that was fixed the same day) - Good location (right next to the pier) - Well decorated interior and garden - Clean room and facilities - Good breakfast in the hotel restaurant located on the beach - We had a beautiful view on the garden and sea - Nice swimming pool

- We've waiting +1h on the couch at the entrance to get our room, to eventually realize they forgot about us. So don't hesitate to ask again if it happens to you. :) - The bed was a bit hard - Our room lacked furnitures

The location was good. Straight onto the beach and just off the town centre.

The breakfast was not the best. Also we went as a group of 10 for Christmas day. The food (steak and lamb) was very expensive but not very filling.

Good hotel for the price we paid

Location and size of the room

There is not a single hook/hanger for towels and bathing suits in the bathroom. They are not sustainable at all: they still use the small shampoo/shower gel bottles. Breakfast is expensive - considering Google reviews (3.3 stars). You can find great breakfast in local restaurants.
