They didnt clean the room once during the 5 nights we were there. They didnt empty out at any time.

Chiang Mai

The location wasn't bad and ended up being very convenient. The staff was also pretty helpful and seemed nice. Overall, the room was great too and was bigger as promised. It all seemed very clean too.

The only thing I didn't quite like was that the room stated it had windows, but unfortunately, we didn't know they were facing out to the hallways instead of outside.

The room is spacious clean, and the staff was friendly.

Fourth floor walk up for me was difficult because Im an older guy that has a hip problem. I didnt understand when he said upper floor related to pricing that I meant fourth

Simple and easy room to visit the beautiful Chiang Mai

The room has all the essentials for a comfortable staying in Chiang Mai. I found the location to be ideal, its in the old city which can be easily visited with a quick walk but at the same time its far enough from the noise. They have scooter and bike rental services that are incredibly convenient, and a fridge that smelled a little but was super helpful to have cold water. The bed was very comfy

Honestly, not much. Sure, it could use a couple of upgrades but overall I had what I needed and I couldnt complain

Theres better places in Chiang Mai

- Location was perfect, not a far walk to most nightlights of Chiang Mai - Next door to a really good brunch spot! - We were able to easily extend our stay here & also book onward travel - Comfy bed

- The rooms were pretty dark and no natural light - The en suite is very small & not the cleanest - When we checked in, we were given a room on the bottom floor which wasnt the room we had booked (We booked an upper floor superior double) but were given a bottom floor twin. I showed the booking on the app and said this is the room we should have and the gentleman replied full which was confusing because we had booked that specific room so it couldnt be full. He then actually gave us a key to the room we had originally booked. It seems they tried to give us a cheaper room on the bottom floor perhaps because it was more convenient for them / not giving us full value for our money weirdly. When we were walking to this first room there were a few people in there faffing so it made me think had they tried to put someone in there beforehand and they also complained & they quickly cleaned it.

Location was in the center, the stuff was very helpful.

Very noisy could not sleep., the walls very thin you could hear every one around, the bathroom and shower were not the cleanest. When sitting on the toilet you touch the walls with your knees.
