Staff was very helpful they kept on guiding us through out the route as map was not giving right directions. Location is good too.

It's a small resort with too many chalets in the small place so there not many recreational things. Rooms are not as spacious as they look in pictures. Food can be better or atleast value for money.

Very good

Overall the value of the place is in it's location and the nicely done accommodation. Especially the Glass House concept is super. It is a treat to be able to open your eyes in the morning looking at blue skies and the forest greens in front of you. Staff is also very friendly and courteous. They forgot to call us to check on our lunch order on the day of arrival but then put in the extra effort to prepare a late lunch. The guy who helped my son with the dirt biking was also very friendly.

Amenities are not up to the mark as per today's standards. Breakfast was very poor. I don't expect a 5 star breakfast but to have some breads, a little butter and a banana available is par for the course. Idli, Dosa and sambar doesn't cater to a universal culinary choice. Also these days having provision to make some tea in the room is quite standard. On a nice relaxing vacation, you don't want to wait until 8:30 in the morning for a cup of tea to be available and that too only if you go to the dining hall.
