Great view and friendly staff

The view from our room was amazing. Staff were all very friendly. Comfy bed. Breakfast was satisfactory. No mosquito net but they had a plug in.

Magnificent view

The property has the most extraordinary view up and down the valley. It also has a good restaurant and bar.

We didnt have a driver and experienced a few issues getting lifts to and from Kandy; however, it was in the lead up to Christmas so Kandy was very busy, it may be different at less busy times of year.

Extremely professional stuff , location is awesome rooms and washroom is clean , decent breakfast .Temple of tooth is 1 km away and reachable by tuktuk Special call-out to elderly manager who is hardworking and so welcoming!

Hotel with potential but unfortunately in decay

When we entered our room, the sheets turned out to be dirty. This was immediately solved by a staffmember by covering the bed with clean (new) sheets. The rest of the room was okay, but quite dated. The bathroom was also just okay. The view was beautiful, except that the sliding door to our balcony was broken. The breakfast and food were okay but not restaurant worthy. Dirty tablecloths, glasses and cutlery didn't make it a good experience. I believe the staff did not recieve the right training to be restaurant personel but they did their best. All in all, a hotel with potential but unfortunately in decay. The photos make it look nicer than it actually is and the staff needs training.

The hotel's tuk tuk was way too expensive, the driver charged two to three times the fair price with an excuse that traffic would be busy. This was not the case at all. The tuk tuk was full of rubbish, speakers and other stuff so we could barely sit. For this reason we did not arrange the rest of our transportation and the transfer to the next location through the hotel. We did this for much less money through a good taxi company where we got a luxury bus including a well dressed driver and bottled water. When the hotel staff saw this we were given unpleasant looks.

First Srilanka Trip

Room was spacious and the staffs were extremely polite and helpful.

Food service was too slow and our room did not have fan regulator which was slight inconvenience as we could not control the temperature. There was pool in the photo which we got to know that it's of the nearby hotel
