The Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter offers beautiful views, friendly staff, and a well-maintained atmosphere. The only downsides are having to switch elevators and the lack of a microwave in the r (Read More)ooms. The location is convenient for visiting nearby attractions such as the Bengals stadium and Cincinnati Reds ballpark. The food options are plentiful within walking distance. Some guests had issues with their rooms, such as malfunctioning closet doors and noisy AC/heat. However, the staff was accommodating and provided exceptional customer service in certain instances. The hotel is safe and walking distance to many places. The food is good, although breakfast may be pricey. The rooms are nice, but the showers need improvement. The hotel has a great location and offers valet parking at a high price. The restaurant service was slow and chaotic on one occasion. However, the rooms are clean and offer a beautiful view of the riverfront. One guest praised the hotel's exceptional customer service in providing ice for an emergency situation during an event.

Disappointing

It was clean. Great view of Cinncinatti. Room was nice, but the staff was less than impressive.

View. Location.

Superb

Convenient to everything on our agenda with gorgeous riverfront access.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and out were smooth and quick. Valet service was responsive and pleasant! The hotel sits on the riverfront and the views from that side are absolutely gorgeous. There is also quick access to patios and amphitheaters w/up close views of Cincinnatis iconic downtown.

A little pricy but worth it for a short stay.
