Location was perfect! Right in the center of all the tourist attractions. Staff were helpful and polite.

Although breakfast was great the waiting time could be improved, however I was there during new year's period which would be be peak time and that could be the reason. But I do have to give credit to the kitchen staff for working hard.

A pleasant, clean and friendly stay.

Fantastic location for Reykjavik City Centre. The Buffet Breakfast is plentiful and tasty.

Nothing to not like, perhaps the only thing would be that there is no bar service for residents after 11pm.

Great location, comfortable and clean rooms.

Great location in the center of Reykjavik on walking distance from the hotspots. Clean and comfortable room with a good shower. Breakfast was included and had a lot of variety of choices. When you park your car a few streets away from the hotel its free of charge.

Ok place to stay in Reykjavik for a more affordable price than other places in the area.

Well located hotel. A bit pricey for what it has to offer, but I guess aligned to Iceland prices. The staff at the reception was very helpful

The room and general condition of the hotel could have facelift, particularly the room to the right of the reception. We had to change rooms (the staff was very helpful) because of a strong smell coming from the drainage of the bathroom. I waited to check other hotels in Iceland before writing this review, and this is the only one where we had this issue. Despite of changing rooms the smell in the new room improved, but was not completely gone.

The location was Great

I stayed for 5 nights. One day we didnt have hot water so I have to shower in another room. The following night the fire alarm started ringing at 2 am. There was no fire but they didnt know how to turn it off so it kept ringing for about 40 minutes and nobody could sleep

There was a fire alarm at around 2am on the 26th December when we were awakened from deep sleep. There was such a panic that we grabbed clothes and shoes and descended to the ground floor where we found all the passengers gathering. Without explanation and further instructions, we waited for about 10 minutes in the cold middle night and finally approached the counter to ask about the situation. We went back after we were told that it was just a false alarm and everything was normal. But when we just fell into sleep again, the sharp alarm came back! Our night was totally ruined by the consecutive false alarms! And we didnt even get a formal explanation and apology from the hotel!
