Overall we were very happy with the resort. I would highly recommend it for families.

Resort was amazong and very clean. Our room got cleaned 2 times a day. Perfect for families. My 10 year old son loved it. I also enjoyed the water aerobics. Buffet breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Staff were very friendly.

Nearly all activities had an extra charge. Service to the sezlongs was a bit slow but not a major issue. Location wise was a bit far from Pattaya City so daily we were slending up to 500 baht ($21 AUD) on return trips to the city.

Exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Will come back.

The hotel was beyond our expectations. December was definitely the best time to go, with the clear weather. Our rooms faced the sea and there was a great view of the beach. There was an extremely wide range of food for the breakfast. There is a separate play zone (Lost World) that provided so many additional activities for the children, including outsourced activities such as pizza and cupcake making. There are many pool activities available for everyone, and ample pool and deck space. Hotel is right next to the beach too. The place is very clean, and there are a few convenience stores right outside the hotel. Many decent eateries just outside the hotel as well.

There appears to be a shortage of staff working at the poolside. There was only one person manning the main cashier and taking the orders and sometimes serving the food so it created a long queue of customers waiting to place their order. Nevertheless the staff were very professional about it.

Overpriced now for the offering

Covid has taken its toll on the hotel, very little maintenance has been done and the hotel is starting to show its age. They simply don't have enough staff on duty. Waited hours for drinks and meals, that's if anyone bothered to turn up.

Overall we were all very satisfied. Its a great place to stay with small children. You basically dont have to get out

Gigantic swimming pools and private beach

Food in general isnt as good as we expected. There are a wide selection of food but quality wise not so impressive, especially the breakfast buffet. I found some old papaya, the rice noodles in quittiao tasted a tad old.

Wonderful stay.

Great facilities. We all had a great time.

Given lots of tickets on arrival seems very antiquated. Towel cards are an inconvenience rather than just taking towels as and when you need them.

Good spot and comfortable. Perfect night

Extensive and wide very comfortable room and balcony. I really happy that there was a bathtub in the room I very enjoyed. The decoration of the hotel makes me feel very good, looks good, luxurious, clean and the environment around the hotel too.
