Very good

Good place to stay.

The hotel is generally good and up to standard. Rooms were fine and clean, breakfast was great. The room was very warm (mid-winter) and the climate control didn't seem to work cooling it down, but as the windows could be opened, that could be mitigated. Close to two metro stations, taxi stand right outside.

The only bad experience was the dinner restaurant, the food was soggy and bland. Tested both pizza and pasta.

Close to the metro Veranda included in our room

The bedroom smells like the toilet. We always had to close the toilet door shut otherwise it is the only thing we could smell. The room and toilet looked clean though. It just smells The walls are so thin I heard the couple next door have sex for over an hour. I could easily hear their conversations as well. The housekeeper also did not refill our shower gel during our 4 day stay

The room was great and comfy. The bed was fine, but at the edges it felt like it was a bit tilted downwards. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The staff was helpful and there was place to put luggage before and after check-out(in)

The elevator was sketchy and made eerie mechanical noises (also stopped working one time). Doors and walls weren't sound proof. New guests appeared on the last three days and they only banged close their doors and it was annoying (no fault at the hotel part, but maybe the doors shouldn't be able to close that loud).

The location was decent, just a 10' ride away from main attractions.

When I arrived to the room it wasn't the one featured online, I tried switching my room the following morning, but was told by the staff that the ones shown online were the premium rooms, I've never seen anything like that, not the first time I travel or used a website to rent a room. I believe they give the booking.com renters low quality rooms, that have no USB chargers and are completely outdated.

Smell of mold in the bathroom Picture of the room on Booking are not realistic, much worse in reality. Rotten bathroom door, mold and old dirt on the tiles, you can hear ppl in hallway easily as the entrance door have big loop on the bottom

It was a good hotel and very close to the train station which connects you to the airport easily.

Impossible to sleep in the hotel, very noisy, in the two rooms I stayed in it was impossible to sleep because the hotel has very poor soundproofing. I couldn't sleep and therefore couldn't enjoy my second day of travelling. I'm asking for my money back
