Value for money ok, not really per friendly. Always with problems

The decoration and the location. Good amenities too

The night staff were not helpful. I called to check if the hotel had parking they said yes, I had to ask where it was. When we arrived it was in the sub level 2 and the elevators were not working. Good luck with the luggage up two and a half set the stairs it was down so to reconstruction . I was here in February already had this problems due to reconstructions 11 months ago. They should have advice as my mom has a bad leg and that was a lot of stairs for her. Also, at night the chrome cast stopped connecting to internet so no more tv .. and the sink would not drain the water. Last time I was here there was bad smell coming out of the sink, now this . All the renovations and plumbing is still a problem. Finally what will make very unlikely I return to a hotel of this chain is that their pet friendliness is not friendly at all. You cannot take your dog anywhere in the hotel, cannot leave it in the room unless is caged, they asked for a deposit that supposedly is returned when you leave, I am still waiting for mine 48 hs later and the deposit was more expensive than the night cost. They treat you like accepting your dog is doing you a favor.

Enjoyed stay, great location, great bar areas and bartenders were great.

Easy access, Great location

No option of a/c in the rooms during winter. Needed to open room windows to ejoy the temperature of cool air vs heater. Poor staff coordination during New Years Eve, 1 bartender until midnight to manage an overcrowded lobby of folks wanting to celebrate.

1. We had to change the room twice because the first time the room was too hot like the sauna and the air conditioning didn't work in winter. the second time because of the construction work on the upper floor. We received no apology for this inconvenience and when we asked for a new bottle of water the reception was quite upset with us and told us that we could only get one bottle of water on the first evening but couldn't even take it with us since we moved. 2. The waitress in the restaurant is rude and when we finished dinner she actively asked us for tips, even the service is very poor. 3. For New Year's Eve we had a reservation for the lobby restaurant, but when we arrived the host told us we would have to wait again and we stood there for about 30 minutes and no one came to us and told us how long we have to wait. We left hungry and angry.

We like your property and clean we enjoyed it just a bit our card to use opened our room is always not working we have changed our card 3 times that all

Our card to open our room is most of time is not working I think you need to change new card for next customer but we love your property we have to coming back again to stay same hotel

Great breakfast with large variety of great food, including on request cook eggs and omelets. Good location.

The bathroom in the room could be upgraded, quite old and smelly.

A good choice at Plaza Espanya

This place is just right in the middle of Plaza Espanya and from here you can get pretty much anywhere, you have excellent communication with buses and the metro so it's easy to get anywhere and there is also a lot within walking distance to many different places. Their breakfast is very good and you are ready for the day after that breakfast.... The bed is good and you will sleep well.

You can see that the hotel has been around for some time and it is not up to date in all areas. Some refurbishment will be required in the near future. Other than that I'm very happy with the hotel.
