The hotel is in a prime position. Very clean and friendly helpful staff.

The rooms are far too hot and the family rooms unfortunately have no balconies so There is no natural light or air coming through. We did use the air con to cool the room down but unfortunately this resulted in myself and youngest daughter becoming quite ill. For me, I believe air con spreads germs, particularly Covid. Please be careful. We were both very unwell with cold/ flu/ Covid symptoms.

Lovely hotel, better than it looks and great location.

Nice room, lovely hotel with a nice bar and the staff were really wonderful. A small hiccup with my credit card being blocked as they thought it was a scam which meant I should have had to initially pay twice but the lovely lady behind reception took care of it, and it was all sorted out overnight. Great location, short walk to the main square, Christmas Market and a fantastic bar/eatery that was like a huge greenhouse with fantastic food :)

Nothing really, good visit, mainly for work but an added bonus that I managed to add some personal time during my trip.

Conveniently located hotel, but poor value for money and could do with a refurb

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was is a great location, making it easy to find great food spots and travel to points of interest.

The room was incredibly small and smelled quite bad. We couldnt get rid of the smell so had to sleep with the balcony doors open which resulted in a lot of noise and a bad nights sleep. The room looked in a bit of disarray e.g. peeling wallpaper. Given how much we paid we expected a better standard from the hotel

good location, near the plaza sol but not so centro, safe and quiet the staff in the reception is great

1. there is a strange smell in the closet, like curry 2. I leave my T-shirt on the bend and after the room service, it's gone. I dont think someone steal it because other things remain the same place.
