Good

Very well located. Parking included. The kitchen very well equipped. All you need for a family vacation.

The bathrooms need renovation. The building is very noisy. In general some minor renovations are needed. The master bed needs replacement.

Location

An odor lingering in the room that wouldn't go away after cleaning with lysol/Bleach products it still came bk! Was told it was the ventilation or water system other than that, Great Stay!!

The location was great. The room had everything we needed very spacious.

One sofa bed was dirty and dingy wasn't able to sleep on it coffee maker wasn't working properly which wasn't good but overall great place to stay

The bathroom can be improved. Upstairs bathroom toilet pepper hiler was broken, shower floor was very slippery...molding was peeling in the downstairs bathroon,too small shower....

Superb

Our family had a great time in Miami at the Castle L1 property.

The property itself comfortably fit out family. The pool and proximity to the beach boardwalk was great. The valet parking also worked really well for us.

close to everything

bedrooms upstairs with no doors so you could hear everything all over the apartment and hot tub did not work and pool was not heated as said to be.

Disappointing

doesnt worth what we paid for

the apartment was clean. the valet parking guys were really hard worker and pleasant the opposite of the front desk staff which were terrible

the front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. unavailable for questions and assistance.. the gym was destroyed nothing like the pictures (Im attaching real pictures in my review which speaks by itself)
