Beautiful setting, wonderful staff and stunning sunsets!

The property is located in a beautiful setting and has a stunning view of the sunset. The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming and tend to all your needs without a fuss and very quickly. The decor is outdated in the rooms but we can see pat this and see the charm of this beautiful little hotel. We ate at the hotel restaurant each night and the food was exceptional! Best weve had in all the 11 days we stayed in the Seychelles. This is a must stay in Praslin!

Very enjoyable stay

The staff was very nice and friendly, they made sure we have everything we need. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, the room was always clean and comfortable, and we were close to Anse Georgette. Overall we loved our stay.

Mixed feelings, some positives some negatives

The room were spacious, the property is located by the beach so the view is nice. The hotel has potential if they improve.

The hotel needs improvements and restoration as its outdated. Not a 4* but rather 3*, if I was aware maybe I wouldnt be disappointed. The mattress was dent and we were asking for it to be changed but nothing happened, on the last day after another reminder there was some extra duvet added, which didnt help much. I had an issue with a breakfast staff as they refused to give me a bigger glass for water as I needed to take my medication, they said small glass is enough when complained I was told that the staff is not trained and later been offered a dinner which was a good gesture but still- if staff is not well trained shouldnt serve the guests. Overally food needs improvement.

The pictures showned on the booking app didnt match with the reality. 4 sun bed for the whole pool. No real accs to the beach. The bed isnt confortable. The mattress was shape down.

Attitude of the restaurant staff only focusing on particular guests even though called for many times ignoring like no one is there, food was good but it should be served by them where they dont do that

we really enjoyed the stay

where to start , we liked almost everything about these people who work there and the hotel , the location is great, each evening we were able to watch the stunning sunset and listen to the waves. the hotel is right at the beach so my daughter played at the send whole day. one day we talked with the receptionist about live music , we were wondering where we can go and watch some performances and the next day There was live music organised in the hotel , we were shocked.During our stay we had birthday and room was packed with all the flower decorations , we got a complimentary cake and a birthday song with wishes. there was fresh coconut water and the chef knows very well how to cook Italian cuisine.
