Location at the beginning of Laguna complex. Close to boat Avenue and the restaurants and shops.

Not sure what they wanted it to be. It didnt have good enough hotel facilities but either enough for a service apartment

Disappointing

Honestly not much most disappointing 4 star I have been to in a long time.

Very old and run down breakfast was not good. Stale pastries and birds all over the food. Cleaning only once every two days and you have to remind them. No one there to help with luggage during checkout- apparently all men are on a break. Mould on the walls in our loft bedroom

Family centered resort at Laguna Phuket

-The location at Laguna area was great because it is close to the 24 hours supermarket and short distances to other hotel resorts and is a short boat ride to the beach. -Breakfast buffet was good but repetitive for guests who plan to stay for more than a week - but the breakfast staff are amazing! -The swimming pools were small but good space for kids. -It is 40 mins to Patong & Central Phuket but they do have shuttle services for drop off and pick up from the resort ( at selected times.) Then it is around 700 - 800 Thai Baht ( one way) if you are to get a taxi back to the resort. -It is a 15 mins walk to go outside of Laguna to visit the restaurants and shops. -It is a family friendly resort so I would not recommend couples to come to the resort if you want to have some personal time.

-The staff at reception were friendly but not most efficient and at time not very helpful. - The language barrier is a problem for international guests especially with housekeeping - asked for two or three items which never got delivered to my room. -There is no business centre at the hotel which is a shame as they have a conference centre for meetings. -There are no restaurants in the hotel other than Vista where you have breakfast and can get lunch & dinner.

A warm welcome as always in a hotel that feels a little warn today

Lovely setting, great staff, nice access to beach, perfect location for triathlon start (the primary reason we chose)

Quality control of breakfast food is not great - theyd do much better to have less choice and greater quality, and the egg station was so popular you couldnt get near it! I love the concept of your rooms but actually for comfort the space would be better with more room around the bed and in the bathrooms

I told the hotel my husband and I were celebrating 20 yr wedding anniversary and noone said anything

The breakfast was incredibly disappointing and everything was cold and ran out frequently. The staff looked disinterested and rarely made eye contact. The selection was also very limited and did not suit my needs.

Very good

A good family 2br with kitchenette space to spread out, in desireable location

beach access very easy via their boat launch across the lagoon, pools were lovely and good quality loungers. We were in a 2br apt style with balcony, which provided good space.

Our room was on 5th floor over the breakfast and play area booming loud music until nearly 9:15pm on a Wednesday night..sounds echo up the open floor plan. This made sitting in our living room a nuisance, but we could close the back bedroom door for a more quiet location. Also, it seems the breakfast staff although many, are quickly overwhelmed by keeping up with the coffee machines (beans, milk, grounds emptying) so often stuck without coffee. I struggled to alert staff of situation. IF they had fewer hot dishes but kept them full, it would be better than the very many dishes on warmers that were empty.

The beds are super luxurious, pillows and duvets too. The free jetty water shuttle to the amazing beach is fab. The views are amazing.

I'm sorry to say full of quite rude Russians. The staff are super friendly but lack English so can't help much with recommendations or advice for surrounding areas. Prices within hotel are on the more expensive side but I guess due to location. Small draft beers start at 150 bht yet you can buy from their minimarket a big bottle 650ml for 110bht but you have to figure this out yourself.

Good

The location is great and the transfers by boat/shuttle to places nearby are brilliant. The beds are super comfortable and the shower is good. It is a huge buffet breakfast with so many options. It is great to have a hotel that accommodates families without having to book two separate rooms which is often the case in Asia.

The decor/furniture/fittings in the rooms is worn out, scratched, stained and damaged, although the bathrooms are still pretty good. There is so much cupboard space but it is not practical. It would be better to remove the walls of cupboards to make some room to put suitcases. There is no room for them and you could never use all the cupboards when holidaying.
