The stay was amazing over all codes worked , dishes and towels available etc

It was very peaceful.

The apartment had no service for cell reception. There was ants all over the porch. The pullout sofa had red stains on the mattress cover & then bugs was crawling out of a wall in the main bedroom. The bed I requested for the second room couldnt be arranged so me and my spouse had to sleep separately and the beds were too easy to move .

Exceptional

Apart from those things our stay was good. This happened to be our 2nd time at Casiola's property.

The property was clean and close to the various parks. Like the pool (to help us on those hot days) and game room for my grandchildren

Prior to arrival their employee gave us the incorrect address even though I repeated it multiple times. The upstairs bedrooms were hot. Need more air-conditioning to flow through those rooms

Very good

The location to the volleyball tournament and other Orlando attractions was excellent and very convenient. The condo was spacious and was walking distance to a variety of food options. For example, Publix for groceries, quick stops like Dunkin Donuts, and a couple of sit-down restaurants as well.

We did not get the wifi information until our last night despite my many attempts. Sounds whiny, but the service without wifi on the bottom condo was non-existent. Most of the time, I had to go outside to get a signal, and that was very difficult. The other issue was "ghost ants". They were harmless once I found d out what they were, but annoying. The staff was very helpful. However, the situation was never really solved.

Misleading Advertisement

The pool at the other property and the room was clean.

The picture of the room we booked was not where we stayed. It was not even at the same property. Very disappointing!! We had to walk to get to the pool and the front desk said they couldn't help us with luggage storage before our flight because we weren't associated with the property....very confusing! We did not receive a code to the gate entrance or to the actual unit. I had to contact through booking to get a code.

It was great

Just about everything went well, but the location I thought I had booked was the same place I stayed the year before, Casiola Vacation Homes, but we were at Vista Kay, and it was a long walk to the pool and lg hot tub. I talked to one of your employees driving a golf cart and asked him how to get there, and he said it is across the street; you had to cross a major highway to get there; he should have offered a ride. I'm 57 years old, and it was just a long walk. Walking over there, we noticed a pool the guy didn't tell us about. I thought it was bizarre, over all its a great place to stay , we loved it .

Our stay with Casiola was the worst customer service experience of our lives! They scammed us!

Our stay with Casiola was the worst customer service experience of our lives! The place we stayed was nothing like the photos. It was dirty with broken beds and couches and water damage in some places. The carpets were moldy/musty. The place was filthy and simply uninhabitable. We spoke with the management and left. After spending 2 weeks finding places on our own, Casiola eventually provided an alternative arrangement, which also had issues. They said they could not offer any other options, so we agreed with the booking agency to leave and be refunded for the unused nights (we were provided written confirmation from booking.com that a refund would be issued by Casiola for the unused nights). We had initially booked for 58 days, but only stayed a week. Casiola never refunded us for the 2 weeks we did not stay in the first place or the 6 weeks we did not stay in the second place. They completely scammed us! We called over 25 times to Casiola customer service over a 10 week period, but the manager did not return calls. He tried to lie and say we never told them we were leaving; but that was easily refuted by booking.com who has all the records of the interactions. We have written confirmation from booking.com of the exchange and the promised refund. Unfortunately, booking.com does not process refunds without written approval by the property, so we are completely stuck. The manager at Casiola has proven to be completely untrustworthy. We have never experienced worst customer service in our lives! I would not trust them with your vacation.
