I think it might of been day we stayed but staff didnt enlighten us about no spa as much t was my birthday & could

Looks good on site but not like in real life is quite dated & could do with a renovation & it would be so beautiful

Room service is very efficient and the staff is on the whole very nice. Good location.

Very old and run down indeed. Breakfasts are all the same every day and you have to ask for every single thing such as a bowl or a glass. There was no kettle in the room, not even water. Disappointing.

Very good

Excellent stay in spite of being a bit dated.

Great location by the ocean, close to many cafes and shops at Anfa Place mall. Spacious gardens, good spa and good coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. Excellent bedding and very clean overall.

The property needs maintenance and the room decor is a bit generic.

the reception area was nice

so run down. we walked in and thought wow. we checked in and was asked to pay which I thought was strange then after I realised why. I would of definitely walked out when I saw the rest of the hotel

Prefect location and nice spot right on the beach, all staff were spot on, quiet season so I suppose they were all happy

Really nice facilities and location was spot on. View to the beach - brilliant, literally 2 seconds from the coast. Pools and facilities and everything.

The hotel as a whole needs a facelift, all need odd jobs and some fixing, and a whole new paint job. Could tell would be good if all tidied up but looking tired and run down a touch on the outside

The staff was super nice and attentive. The bed was very comfortable.

The whole place is in dire need a once over. Bathroom and toilet are very old. You have to pay extra for the sport pool. The gym was closed before the annouced end of its opening hours. To get to the public beach (bc they don't have a private beach) you have to leave the property and get through another gate past a very grumpy guard.
