Base for excursions to Rio Secreto or around Playa del Carmen and Xcaret

Delicious breakfast- lots of options. Pool was nice- although lots of leaves in it.

Rooms weren't ready- we were taken to 2 rooms that weren't ready before they found one for us. Funky smells, furniture was not really clean. Bed was comfy and clean though. Breakfast didn't open till 8 or 9, so you could miss it if you are doing a tour

We can really reccomend!

We really love our stay in this hotel. During our entire stay we did not meet such a pleasant receptionist as here. Bonus is a very cute dog. Breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from. Nice big pool. You need to take into account that it is necessary to get to the hotel from the center or from the beach, we have the car and it was absolutely fine. There is also a great cafe about 4 minutes walk away.

The only reason that I chose this hotel it was close to Xcaret, and of course it had good prices

It was really dirty, I thought with all these stars must be cleaner but it was little insects inside of the glasses and the floor bed sheets were dirty.

A peaceful & beautiful getaway!

Everything! Big swimming pool, comfortable, clean & big room suite, staffs (really helpful & friendly, a few were bilingual in English & Spanish), yummy food (breakfast buffet) and parking available. Most importantly it was dog friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family! Well done!

For a small improvement, I wish a staff could've turned the A/C on when we were in the process of checking-in at Reception. It took ages to cool the room upstairs, once we got inside. Downstairs kitchen area the a/c was quicker. Only mentioning this because it was an extremely hot day, around 40 degrees. Other than that, everything was perfect! :-)

Ive stayed multiple times love it

I like that they are pet friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast included. Away from tourist action in playa. More like an oasis of quiet.

The restaurant staff are not nice nor helpful. I wanted a cup of coffee had missed breakfast by a minute but they couldnt be bothered nor would they allow me to purchase one. Weird

correct for short stay

We arrived during the evening for 1 night as we took the ferry to Cozumel island the next early morning. The location was great as it was only 8min to the terminal

The shower was stinky and we didn't have water. Besides that, we booked with the breakfeast which started at 7.30am where we couldn't attend as we needed to be at the ferry terminal for 7am. We asked if it was possible to prepare a small take away breakfeat but was declined
