Very poor

Location of the hotel was very good, right on one of the attraction streets. Rooftop terrase was very nice, but full of mosquitos.

When I arrived late evening, I went to my room, just to see how dirty it was, full on the floor with black long hair (I am blonde), rests from the cleaning were still in the room, sheets were dirty, not even toilet paper was present in the bathroom, not to mention about the smell. When mentioned to the reception, I still remained in the same dirty room and needed to spend the night there as they mentioned the hotel was full. It got cleaned only the second day, sometime in the afternoon only after I asked for it several times.. But in my last day, there was again dirt (it seems that whoever is making the cleaning was moving the dirt from one room to another). I had to chace the cleaning staff to get towels, as they took the old ones and forgot to bring others. And nobody speaks english!

The location however around this areas there way way better places like La Artilleria for example.

The hotel in question, Casa Ebano 967, has proven to be uninhabitable due to several severe issues. Firstly, the room is infested with mould, posing significant health hazards. The humidity is so extreme that even my phone issued a humid charging port alert. This not only jeopardizes personal belongings but also raises serious concerns about the overall hygiene of the premises. Furthermore, as three women traveling, our safety was compromised. The window facing the stairs cannot be locked, creating a security risk as anyone could potentially enter the room. Adding to our discomfort, roaches were prevalent throughout the space, making our stay highly unpleasant. The noise level at the hotel was intolerable, preventing us from getting any sleep. The location is excessively loud, with the doorbell being particularly disruptive. Our window facing the stairs amplified the disturbance, as we were constantly disturbed by the noise of people returning from parties. I believe these issues are not only a breach of the booking terms but also a threat to the well-being and safety of guests.

Exceptional

I live outside of Cartagena and I always come to town for meetings and errands, this has been one of my favorite finds in Getseman, the staff was great, the breakfast included was really fast and edible in comparison with what I've gotten at other hotels and hostels in the area. The value for the price is unbeatable

A very convenient stay in a great location with friendly staff. However, very hostel feeling.

It was right near the ports and in a location with lots of restaurants and things to do.

It wasnt super comfy, or super clean. However, for the rate it is going thats what you pay for.

Unfriendly staff when we checked in at the hotel. The room felt a bit outdated and didnt look much like the pictures: rusty fan, rusty hanger for the shower curtain, stained matrass.

Disappointing

Do not go there : smells like moisture and old and very noisy !

Good locatiion : central in Getsameni.

Unfriendly personnel who liked to discuss ! We had to sign for room number 6, but got number 3 ?! We paid for a room under the swimming pool, but got number 3. : smelling like moister! We also booked the apartment (picuters show a new apartment,, but it's old !), and slept there with 5 persons, but still had to pay for room 3 which we did not book for and did not sleep in ! Very very noisy at night till 3 AM!
