Their restaurant was very good. We ate most of the nights there. The laundry service was good and not expensive. The seating area by the restaurant had a nice view. They had a beach bag in the room with beach towels, which was very thoughtful. Although you can swim right in front of the hotel, due to the position of the hotel i think, the sand was always under water and it was mostly dirty. Because next to it, the other hotel had a white sand beach.

There are so many ants in the room and in the beach/pool area. The bed was not comfortable atleast for us. It was hurting our back. The gym was so so small and too hot. To work out more than 1 person inside was not doable. Too little machine as well. The location of the hotel is a bit off the road and a little far from the main chaweng walking street where all the restaurants and bars are.

The pool is really nice if you use it and the breakfast was the best we have had so far with hotels. The rooms are cute and close to the pool. The attention to detail for Christmas was lovely and happy hour was nice!

The mosquitos are absolutely horrendous and Im not talking your typical expectation in a hot country , my partner became ill from being bit 42 times all over his body. He was constantly wearing bug spray but there were bit gaps in the doors where they were getting in. It was unbearable. We raised this with reception and showed them pictures but all they said was they would take it into consideration as its often something that comes up with guest. This is not just with the room, we had to leave the pool area as they were everywhere and bug spray was not cutting it. This meant we didnt really get to use the facilities. I never leave negative reviews but I have to warn others, it became a massive health concern and you MUST provide sealed rooms which is simple health and safety especially in a 4 star hotel.

Lovely stay would 100% recommend!

Stayed here for 3 nights - absolutely lovely hotel. Very boho chic and very good facilities. Breakfast was great - they included this for us as a Christmas/NY welcome. All staff very accommodating.

Highly recommend

Room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety. Staff were really friendly and helpful with booking taxis and taking our bags to our room. Would definitely go again. Near local amenities, takes around 15 minutes to walk to the 7 Eleven. We stayed in Escape Beach Resort for 5 nights after our stay here and it was much more remote and secluded. Casa is definitely better for younger couples who want to go out exploring.

We stayed for one night a few days before Christmas so the prices were higher. Not really a dislike as its expected. I wouldnt recommend the cocktails they didnt taste nice. There is a great bar 10 mins down the road on the beach called your place

Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Really clean and tidy hotel. Everything you need from reception , from bike hire to taxis also charging food and drinks to the room is great, not often available in Thailand.

The pool and view from the restaurant was fantastic. Very close to the beach and the property had steps down into the ocean with plenty of lounge chairs overlooking to sun bathe in. Unlike other properties on chaweng beach, this one was much more secluded and quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here.
