Good location, friendly staff

Good location, clean, and the staff were nice. Short walk from the beach and several places to eat and grab a coffee or beer, without the noise of neighboring streets.

Amazing value for money.

The location is perfect, the beach is 5-7 min to go. Batu Bolong beach which is perfect for begginer surfers is walkable distance ~15 min on foot. Around the property there are many great eating place and convenience stores. The staff was super kind. There is fridge and kettle in the room. The room is small, but well maintained.

We didnt use the pool, because it is under the roof and quite cold. The rooftop is nice, but the jacuzzies are not working.

Great location at an incredible price.

I love the location, central and convenient with a nice spa across the street, plenty of restaurants and shops for basic needs. The staff was super sweet and attentive. The room was kinda narrow and small but the lighting was great! Plenty of free coffee. Fridge and teapot in the room. Space to hang clothing, comfy bed. Super diligent with cleaning. I would definitely stay here again. Super good value for the price.Laundry also right next door. Beach just a few minute's walk. I love the spot! They also have a pool table and every time I played, as a solo traveler, I met someone new.

Honestly nothing, it's just the room was very narrow and, having come from a 5 star hotel the previous week, the pool was not impressing me but c'mon, the price is amazing and the pool is ok.

Good

Its located very close to the beach. 2min walk-distance. And also close to those restaurants and bars too. No mosquitos nor ants.

Literally you can hear every single word from people in the lobby or hall way. And other guests who were drinking until 3-4am tried to open our room. We couldnt sleep until 5am itd be good if they have a regulation about staying til certain time in the lobby.
