Great ambience and staff
Loved the music theme, the happy hour which had some great snacks and wine all passed around by lovely staff for free. Room was compact, hardly any hot water when we stayed for some reason which was really the only thing that let it down. But ultimately, as long as you dont mind small rooms and no bar area, a great little hotel
Nothing really, just didnt have much hot water for showering.

Great location and clean
Check in was quick and efficient. The staff were really helpful especially when asking for advice about getting around on New Years Eve. The room was small but very comfortable. The bed was really good! As was the shower. It was well laid out for a short stay. We had a lot of luggage so did get a bit cramped. The cleanliness of the room was spot on! Great size tv. Considering we were close to Times Square the room was very quiet during the night time. The wine hour with snacks is a lovely idea an we really enjoyed the tea, coffee and the opportunity for breakfast which we didnt realise was included in the room rate.

The first room we had was noisy due to a fan (room 303). Moved to 803 and much quieter. Moved with no question but unfortunately we couldnt get back into the new room till after 4 and with jet lag this was a hard day! Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room rather than having to always go down to reception to make a hot drink. We booked in advance for New Years (29th December to the 2nd January) and it was expensive. When we arrived it halved in price.

Nice hotel in mid-town
Location is great, staff is friendly, room was comfortable. There is coffee, juices and other stuff for free 24/7
Bed was a bit small, breakfast is quite basic.

Central located and beautiful hotel
The location is amazing (close to Central Park, 5th Avenue and other touristic attractions). The hotel is well maintained, the rooms have a perfect size (this is NYC of course, don't expect spacious rooms), the staff is friendly. The hotel and the rooms are clean. House keeping does their job very well. Breakfast is very good and everything is constantly restocked/replenished. During the day, you can have a little snack or beverage. You can't hear any city sounds inside of the hotel or room. We slept really well.
Our room was just above an external ventilation or AC unit. We could hear it inside the room but it was OK. We could sleep through it.

Exceptional location with comfortable rooms and great amenities.
Excellent location, delicious coffee in the lobby. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Clean rooms!
Fresh fruit in the lobby after breakfast would have been nice!
