The staff were incredible and the location absolutely perfect. The rooms are beautiful, very spacious and we had our own private pool

The breakfast options could have been a little bit better but we had an incredible stay and would definitely stay again

Excellent location, close to Fira town and easy access to Oia via local bus. Staff professional, polite and always helpful Special shout out to front desk personnel Marilynna.( Hope I am getting the name right ). Thank you for the room upgrade. Breakfast buffet with good variety and excellent service..

Great for a relaxing break.

Very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Close to town. Has a restaurant in-house, unlike many other hotels, and its nice to have the option to not eat out every night.

5 star is not enough , simply impressive.

I loved how friendly the staff were . Katerina at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. She always greeted us with a beautiful smile and treated us like a family. Mariana was also so friendly and so caring and of course hope . They treat you like you matter and do all the they can to make your stay a memorable one.

Beautiful hotel, within walking distance from fira

The reception staff were fantastic, very knowledgeable about places to go to, best restaurants and bars. And they were so welcoming to our dogs which we loved. Breakfast staff were brilliant, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. And the staff on the beauty/spa desk were very friendly and helpful too! The yoga classes were a lovely touch for the guests to attend. Beautiful room and hotel. Cleaning staff were great!

Bar is overpriced for the location, no music in the bar at night, late bar staff very friendly but did not offer us drinks when we sat there (only people sat there) But tricky navigating the roads to town as there aren't always pathways to walk on, however obviously not the hotels fault! Spa treatments are very expensive.
