Close to Chinatown, restaurants, temples, shopping. Easy to travel on the MRT to all of the amazing sights in Singapore . The staff were delightful and very helpful

Pleasant stay

Generally a good hotel. A bit outdated and does need a redo. In a very different area that many tourist dont stay. But such a nice area to see. Easy access to two MRT stations

Felt it is in need of an update. As a 5 star it should provide hair conditioner and lotion in the bathrooms. Which was not provided. Bath towels were also old and needed to be replaced

Great location, excellent eating options close by. It was an easy comfortable stay.

The hotel location was perfect for us. Close to MRT station and a wide range of eating options. Most attractions a short GRAB ride away (or walk).

The light switches in the room are way too complicated. We could not work them out. The lights themselves were good, just working out how to use them was challenging (and frustrating).
