The room is equipped with everything necessary and is ideal for a short stay. The hotel is clean and has a very beautiful interior architecture.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were briefly greeted at the reception and hastily instructed to provide our personal information. The staff seemed burdened by our arrival, creating a very unwelcome feeling. Additionally, in subsequent interactions, the staff appeared stressed, resulting in rudeness. Maybe they were understaffed. The coffee did not taste good at all.

Very nice apartment which very cozy and spacious, also well-equipped with a quiet ok location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We would definitely stay here again

The rooms, although not big, feel spacious because of the thoughtful design and careful selection of furniture throughout the hotel. We felt extremely comfortable staying at Carina and would highly recommend this place. The dinner served at the hotel restaurant was so delicious and full of flavours. We love the sharing-plate concept where everyone gets to have a taste of the different dishes served. All staff at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful. The ski rental place (Matterhorn Sport Riva) was just 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. We were given an extra 10% discount for being the guests of Hotel Carina. The Sunnega funicular station was just another 3 minutes walk from the rental place along the river.

This is really a comfortable and modernly designed hotel

Everything was clean and tidy. WiFi worked very well. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was very good. There is also a spa, which is very convenient in case of a bad weather. All in all, the stay here was really pleasant.

We have the view of Matterhorn from our room. The room has many hangers which are useful.

The bathroom is too small and the wall is very thin. You can hear people walking and opening/closing their door. Bring your shampoo and condition as they do not provide.
