An amazing hotel in a great location with the best customer service we have experienced.
The signature studio room was high quality large and spacious and signature lounge access offered wonderful breakfasts and evening drinks. The staff and service was amongst the best we have encountered.

A great stay for New Year!
Excellent central location with all major sites on the doorstep. Room was very comfortable, staff were excellent
Hot water took quite a long time to run through, breakfast area was quite tight for space. Breakfast itself was delicious however

The check-in/out service was very smooth. The breakfast is always great. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great amenities in each room.
I think the rooms are getting tired, they are in need of a refresh.
