Amazing luxurious experience in KL, highly recommend it

Almost everything really

We had to catch a flight early in the morning and wanted to leave our suitcases at reception, as we were due to come back a couple of days later. No one was available at reception and it took around 10 minutes for someone to turn up and eventually process our request

The place to stay when in KL

I stayed in different hotels in KL, and this one was definitely my favourite. Very central, has a wide range of breakfast options, great facilities, and impeccable views. What makes the hotel pleasant to stay in is although there are a lot of guests staying there, you don't feel like it's overpacked like some of the other hotels I've stayed in.

Room was not clean plus there are sticky stain in the fridge and marks on the floor living rm plus toilet .called the housekeeping to double clean it and well it's was a Good stay .location to bkt Bintang is walking distance so does the new mall TRX .love the higher floor view from my unit .

Cleanliness should be kept tip top and there is a foul smell in the LVL 40 reception toilet and the toilet only can feed one person and is so crampy .customer service should be more friendlier and approachable.take note have to pay rm18 for washing and rm 18 for drying your clothes at LVL 41 .what can be improve is to include in the booking of the rooms like 2xtimes washing and 2xdryer FOC or included

The staff were wonderful. Also loved having a sofa, table, kitchen tea, plenty of closet space, and even floor space. There was an excellent variety of options at breakfast each morning, and some items would change each day. Highly recommend. Elevators were also fast.

Location and facilities very good. Pool and gym and great to have laundry. Rooms very comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was inconsistent food wise. Often ran out and once was full. Do not consider planet with so much plastic and replacing towels each day despite us hanging them
