The Perfect Stay

Property in the prime location. spacious rooms. neat and clean bathroom. The staff was polite and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience. Food was good.

Very bad experience. Charged more money than showed in the app. Very RUDE staff.

They charged me more money. The price I booked on bookings app and the real price after reaching hotel was different. After reaching hotel the RUDE staff told me to give extra money or theyll cancel my booking. I had no option as I have to get ready for a work meeting , I payed extra money and stayed there.

Please don't go. Worst possible hotel.

There is nothing to be liked at all. Nearness to Indore station could only be the liking factor.

Staff was very rude. No matter at what time you will go there, they will say we don't offer the rooms at prices mentioned on Booking.com. They will say connect with customer care and discuss with them. I saw a couple of people who were staying at the moment were already fighting with the receptionist. I reached at the hotel very late due to delay in flight, and this guy did not offer me a place, even when I was ready to pay 50% more. I had to look for a hotel nearly 12 AM in the night. Worst experience ever.
