Cleanliness, they don't act on the feedback at all. Room allotted without cleaning the toilet.

Breakfast was included, it was good. Staff were prompt and very helpful with any issues

In the Kapil Dev restaurant, found the staff too busy watching the cricket rather than catering us

Bed and lilens are durty,, staff do not take any response even there are only one staff in hotel in whole night,, food qwality is very bad, TV doesn't work,, the whole room smail is very bad

The location was good and reachable

The staff was not very helpful. They were not accomodating to my special request after confirmation. They seemed too indifferent to their guests. Valey service was pitiful. I had to ask for my luggage to be carried and even not that was done because at the time of checkout. The room was not at all like shown in the pictures here. I had booked for their premium room and they gave a room with twin bed which me and my wife had to put together to sleep on. And when I asked for a room with atleast a queen side bed, they showed me a pitiful room which was very small and not at like what I paid for.
