This is the first time I've ever written a negative review. The front desk staff were unwelcoming. I was asked to pay a deposit at check-in. The amount was deducted from my credit card, but it was not automatically refunded when I checked out. I asked for a cash refund, but the staff refused. Instead, they asked for my bank details so they could transfer the money later.

I requested a room with two single beds. They gave a room with a double bed and I had to wait an hour to be moved and I had to be somewhere else.

Reception unfriendly, paying parking fees of N$100.00 as a guest of the hotel is unacceptable. The entrance etc. gives a dark appearance, therefore we decided to look for another accommodation and were very happy, although we lost our money which we had to pay in advance.
