Nice stay in the center of Cape Town

The property is very nice and good located in Cape Town, very close to the V&A. Staff was very nice and they proposed many activities they could book for us and helped us right away when we had issues. Breakfast was various and really good as well.

They gave us wrong prices for helicopter tour so we ended up paying more than expected. The pool was a bit dirty as well so we couldnt dive in, the garden was very nice though.

The location

There was a lack of communication with the office. We wanted to leave the luggages and leave early morning. They never answered on our last messages on booking. Although, in the early morning the staff brought us some coffee.

Comfortable, clean and good location

The bed mattress was very comfortable!

The bathroom towels definitely need to be replaced, they were torn. The first night we did not receive a turndown service. We requested extra water to be placed in our room, however it was not.

It was amazing!

This place is amazing and located in a calm neighbourhood! The big room was beautiful and really comfortable. The breakfast area was really nice (on the terrace) and they served a variety of breakfast options. The staff was extremly forthcoming and made us feel like home. :)

Spacious rooms with high ceilings, great bed/mattress, good central location 15 minutes from V&A harbor by foot, grocery and restaurants with 5 min. Uphill walk might be challenging for some.

Great spot for walking convenience from a little bit of everything Cape Town has to offer. From nature and views to foo

Conveniently located to good restaurants - The Strangers Club just two blocks away was a favorite for breakfast - also just a few blocks from the North end of Table Mountain park and trails that climb signal hill and Lions Head.

Only real complaint was private parking was not available due to work being done on the garage. As it turned out there was a spot on the street in front of the security cams where my rental did fine.

A perfect getaway...

A beautiful small hotel within easy walking distance, 10 minutes of the Waterfront. My room was perfect, cannot fault it and all the Staff were lovely.

There was nothing I didn't like at Cape Diem, nothing was a problem and the Staff couldn't have been nicer.

A true oasis in the middle of Cape Town

Everything about this property was amazing. It was very stylish but also traditional. Everything was super clean and very nice. Very large sleeping room and bathroom. The pool is huge for such a location in the middle of the city. Breakfast was amazing on the Terrasse. The owner was also very helpful and friendly and helped us with anything. I would definitely stay here again. We loved everything.

Nothing, wished we could have stayed longer.
