My new favorite Dallas hotel

This hotel is located in the perfect location, it was easy getting in and out. The staff were all friendly and smiling my whole stay. They even sent text messages checking in on us, asking if we needed anything. There were complimentary waters and macaroons given to us. There was also fresh infused water at the front available for guest. The view from the room was amazing and the room was clean and spacious.

Parking is not good during the day but there was plenty for the night

A stay here enhances a Dallas trip.

The breakfast was delicious and served with smiles. Sitting at the bar was comfortable with a very friendly bartender. It was the perfect spot to meet friends and shelter from the Dallas heat. It has a great location with superb dining and shopping close by. And the checkin and checkout were fast and pleasant.

Disappointing

I heard so much noise; doors banging, base thumping and people banging around, until 3 am. Absolutely no sleep was had.

The property was sleek and clean.

It felt more like you were walking into a bar rather than a hotel.

The hotel needs to teach their staff to at least have a smile to greet customers. Don't forget you are in the service industry. Felt the staff was cold.

the one thing of issue was the sliding door into the restroom - it was rather difficult to slide and would constantly get stuck

Very good

Lovely property, great location for night life and shops.

Clean, felt new, beautiful.

The rooftop bar is stunning, but kinda small so I never got to enjoy it because there wasnt free space. Id go up, look around then leave.

Canopy will be my new go to when coming to Dallas! For starters, the staff was incredible. Stacey at the valet is a gem. The room is stunning, so well organized and cozy. The bed was so comfy!! Amazing stay
