Exceptional

Really love this place.

Its a lovely hotel with amazingly nice and friendly staff. Our room was amazingly clean, comfortable and had amazing view of Burj Khalifa tower. The poolside is absolutely stunning with good music and breathtaking scenery! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and tested much better than in other hotels we stayed. The healthy options are very much appreciated ( salads, fruits, vegetables.) plenty of different options. The coffee ( I am a coffee person ) was really good here. It was absolutely pleasant stay ! The owner of the hotel is a very nice person who truly cares about comfort of every single person staying in his hotel. Respect that a lot!!!

The construction work near the hotel. ( but thats Dubai ) , so there will be always something building next door in everywhere .

Great view of Burj Khalifa

Property had an exceptional view of the Burj Khalifa and the glass elevators were a great touch. The NYE party was also very well done and a lot of fun. The concierge Philip was very attentive and helpful.

There was one staff member that did not greet me and handed welcome drinks to all other guests checking in besides me. It was a bit strange; however, the rest of my time in the hotel was great. Additionally, the property is very far from Downtown Dubai, so a taxi/car is necessary to get around.

Not a 5 star hotel

Defintly not a 5 star hotel. Maybe 4-star. Construction quality of the building is low level - water comes out of the floor in the bathroom. Windows are so thin, that you can hear traffic even in the almost top floor (18th out of 19). Asked to change the room because of the noise and the ugly bathroom. Offered us a downgrade of the room for free or an upgrade with extra charge of approx 50 Euros per night. WTF?

Service is low level (forgot to bring new towels, mini bar is empty, no/wrong ammenities and many more) . Booked a tour at the reception, which was a total mess and a ripp off. Location is far away from any good public transport and 30 minutes by unsafe walk to any interesting location or MTR. Hotel charges extra for fruit juice (smoothie) at the breakfast.Coffee is super ugly. Pool is very small and has not enough capacity for the size of the hotel. However, the hotel has a nice view on business bay and Burj khalifa (if you pay extra 30-50% more on the room per night). Steambath smeels musty. However, definitly not a western standard hotel.

The hotel is good overall, especially I like the breakfast and the view (despite there were lots of constructions nearby), the staff are very nice. Location is close to the centre

There were constructions near hotel that made some noise and blocked the lovely view. The price is a bit expensive.

Didnt live up to expectations of 5-star Dubai hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was spacious and well equipped - better than most hotels Ive stayed in.

- buffet dinner was disappointing (so didnt return for the second evening) - pool is on third floor of a 17-storey building meaning the sun doesnt hit it for half the day - air conditioning didnt work properly - not the hotels fault obviously but Business Bay is basically a building site at the moment

Superb

Disponibilit and kindness of the staff, location of the hotel, beautifull room and view (Burj Khalifa), swimming pool warm.

I asked 3 month in advance to have an high floor and I remind it few times before our coming but they didn't keep a room high floor for us. A pity. Breakfast was crowded and messy even if lot's of variety of food offer. For the rest very nice hotel.
