Good location, but I wouldnt stay here again, the discomfort outweighs the price for me

Close to metro, friendly staff, clean

No refrigerator in room, hard uncomfortable bed, thin pillows. Not the best neighbourhood by far to stay in Paris (although a short walk to two metro stations), but that is reflected in the price I guess.

Lovely hotel, a little bit far from sights

The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. It was always warm. Lovely experience in overall!

Nothing too serious. It was a bit far -approx. 30 minutes- from the sights. That was an issue when we wanted to return in the afternoon to relax a bit and then we wanted to go out again. Also, the neighbourhood wasn't very clean but you could find many stores to shop as well as restaurants to eat.

Clean, kind employees, and practical.

Breakfast and especially the location was super practical. Line 7 is direct to the major monuments and the Gare de lEst (alors Gare du Nord). Many little shops and restaurants around from Monoprix to Franprix which was convenient for everything.

Breakfast and lunch were amazing. Totally enjoyed the pleasant customer service. Kudos to the team. Location was great as well and close to the metro and city centre

The size of the room was so small. Moving around in the room was a nightmare. Same for the bathroom

Paris Stay

The staff are very professional and so accomodating, they even allowed me to refund the third night as we need to check out earlier than expected. Also, a smooth process as well with check in even if we arrived around 1 in the morning. The room size is surprisingly smaller than we anticipated but good enough. Room is clean, has the basic amenities and good wifi connection. Bed is comfortable as well the pillows, we actually slept well. We love the parisian vibe in our window view. The hotel is a bit far from the tourist spots, but there is a train station nearby like 10 mins walk and along the way we are able to buy breakfast. There are nice restaurants around as well as convenience store.

Very good

The best thing about this hotel is that it is 3-4minutes walk from the metro station. Very convenient for tourists. The hotel was clean and quiet. We thought we were the only ones there, but the hotel was full.

For the staff, it depends on who you find. At the reception, some staff were very friendly and nice. Others did not smile at all, not even a "welcome".
