Exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was great, and the breakfast delicious and generous. Loved the comfortable reception area and the very spacious bedroom.

Lovely space with wonderful staff

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful! Everyone there was super nice and had the best recommendations. The room was beautiful and ours had a little balcony with a great view of a green wetland space. The location was a short 10 min walk from everything.

Irish couple Christmas stay

We were only supposed to stay one night but booked in over Christmas as the owners were so lovely and sociable with each customer. This is a homestay and for us Lee and Rosies place was like a home away from home which was great for us personally over the Christmas period, I also need to give a massive shout out to Lee for his lemongrass chicken and South African Mayo as a pizza base.. still craving it now. We will definitely be back for a rosies egg coffee and some of Lees pizza and a toastie stack. All the best in the future from your Irish friends.

Lovely place. Give it a go.

A mix of really lovely and nicely quirky staff. Very generous. Good taste in low-fi music in the communal areas, and not going to late. Mostly good sound insulation in the upper rooms. The building is beautifully built too. A good value place to stay, and a lovely atmosphere

There is a bit of street traffic noise if the windows are open. And the room fridge could be a bit noisy, so I unplugged it Some of the bedding was a little bit musty, but I assume it is hard to get rid of it completely in the humid weather. I'm a bit sensitive, but many people wouldn't notice.

Really nice family hotel with lots of smiles

The staff were so nice so helpful and very ready to chat when I felt like It l. I felt very comfortable and at home here. They made everything easy by organising whatever I wanted from tours, shows to adding credit to my SIM card. I enjoyed the location being an easy 10 minute walk from the beautiful (but busy) old town. The neighbourhood was quiet and full of local flavour. There was a nice view from the room over the river and the chickens and geese below. Highly recommend Calm House Hoi An!
