So much attention to detail! The place is gorgeous with unique design in each room. The staff are super friendly, they'll even bring coffee to your room whenever you want it. I would highly recommend this place, and I would absolutely stay again!

Magical time and place!

It was an amazing renovation back to its true origins. We were lucky enough to stay during Diwali. The interior decorations were gorgeous. The food portions were generous and the food was great.

There was no lift which could be a problem if you have mobility issues.

Very nice heritage house in a non-touristy part of town. We experienced the crispest and cleanest white sheets of our entire trip in India. The tram depot isn't far away and it's great fun to go on a ride to Esplanade. The metro is also not far - a fast and cheap way to get around the city. Madho was eager to help, especially with fixing our suitcase. This was very much appreciated.

Boutique oasis, a beautiful home away from home!

It felt like an oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of Kolkata! The staff were super helpful and attentive all throughout our stay and I felt immediately like we were at home upon arriving. Some of the best parts have to be the amazing interior design with antique furniture and modern touches that made it like an adventure exploring throughput. The beds were the most comfortable Ive had at a hotel in India and once you add in the fantastic breakfast with fresh coconuts, fruit and great main options I would recommend this to anyone!!! Hemant in particular was very helpful, thank-you and I look forward to me next stay already!
